1. Where is the hotel?
The hotel is found in Lignano Pineta in a quiet position, about 2 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the centre.
2. What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 7.45 to 10.00, lunch from 12.30 to 13.30 and dinner from 19.30 to 20.45.
3. What are the opening hours?
The hotel is always open. From 22.00 to 7.00 there is a night porter service.
4. What are the swimming pool opening hours?
The swimming pool is accessible from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.
5. Is the beach service for a fee?
No, it is included in the room rate and includes one umbrella and two sunbeds per room.
6. What is included in the stay?
The price of the room includes beach service, access to the swimming pools, the Jacuzzi and the gym, surfing the Wi-Fi and the use of the unattended parking. Drinks are excluded.
7. Are pets welcome?
Yes, small size. Our large garden and pine forest offer an ideal place for their stay. They cannot enter the dining room, the swimming pool and the beach. A supplement will be requested for final cleaning.
8. What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Bancomat, checks and cash within the legal limits.
9. Do you ask for a deposit for the reservation?
Yes, corresponding to at least the amount of the first day of stay. It can be paid by bank transfer, online payment or postal order. Upon receipt, we send a written letter of confirmation.
10. What services are provided for children?
For younger guests, lunch anticipate to 12.15 and dinner to 19.15. We provide baby cots, side rails , high chairs in the dining room, bike seats and many other services. The hotel has an indoor games room and an outdoor playground.
Our animator is present in the hotel from June to September. Entertainment shows for children are also periodically organized.
